Just received mine yesterday and the massage/vibration stopped right in the middle of my first time using it. Tried different batteries - it will work for 5min with a new battery and then stop working. Would be nice if we could contact the seller.
- The small size and quiet motor make it a great tool for use in public settings without drawing attention
- The roller may not be as effective as manual massage techniques
