Review on XPAND Round Lacing | Elastic No Tie Shoelaces - Quick Release Tension Control | One-Size-Fits-All for Adults & Kids Shoes by Matt Norwood

Not the easiest to install with Sperrys, would prefer "hidden " ends

I really DO like these laces. Shoes are so much easier to put on when they don't need to be tied. And some laces, especially Sperry Dock Siders, just don't stay tied. I use these Xpand laces on running shoes too and love them.2 (somewhat) negatives: 1) Xpand round laces only come with "quick release" ends rather than the "hidden" ends available on their flat laces. I would really like to have the round laces with the "hidden" ends. 2) The clear plastic tips used for threading the round laces comes off easily. That makes it doubly difficult to install on Sperry's where the lace goes up around the heel inside a leather channel. If anyone else wants to try this, use a 3" heavy needle to pull the lace through the eyelets. But, it's worth the effort if you never have to tie your Dockers again.
