Fan has stopped working

The fan has stopped working a few months after installation. Despite the one-year guarantee, I cannot exchange it. Minka sent me parts to try and fix the problem and I had to hire an electrician to install them. The new parts didn't work and I lost a few hundred dollars more. Minka keeps referring me to the Revain store where I bought the Lighting Front fan (avoid them at all costs) and they refer me to Minka again. This is a virtual loop of customer service hell.
