It didn't help me. I used a splitter to split the network connection between my PC and Xbox. I understand that this splitter only allows one device to be connected to the network at a time. That wasn't the problem. The problem was that when I used the splitter, the download speed dropped several times from 80 Mbps to less than 10 Mbps and even less than 1 Mbps. When I connected my Xobox without a splitter, the download speed immediately returned to 80 Mbit/s. I tried different ethernet cables and the same thing happened - the download speed started at around 80Mbps and then dropped to less than 10Mbps after about 1-2 minutes. I'm not sure if I received a defective product or if the product is working properly.
