Good shirt, minor flaws

My husband works in construction and uses these shirts as a work shirt. Pros: Nice blue color, good length, good construction, large pockets, quick drying, lightweight. Cons: Fabric fades when used outdoors (see photo - same shirt - faded fabric on upper back, bluer fabric on short sleeves). Despite the back slit, the shirt can get too warm on hot summer days.
