Not recommended for really abrasive materials. CF, Leakage/Drag Issues

UPDATE 10/2020: I've had tension issues, especially on long journeys between parts. I'm not sure if he was there from the start of the die or not. But after passing around 500g of CF nylon plus 1kg of polycarbonate and a few kg of PETG and PLA, it definitely gets very annoying - even PLA leaks out of the nozzle easily. Needing to print something without stretching the cord, I replaced my original brass nozzle (it had many pounds of non-abrasive filament) and the cord is gone. I compared the Micro Swiss I removed to another unused sub magnifier (see pic) - wow the tip is fully ground. I think it's a problem with the hard "coating" as it wears off at the tip the brass wears out quickly. With hardened steel, all of this wears out very slowly. I was hoping for the best but cannot recommend it. It's hard to say without testing a new one, but I'm wondering if the TwinCladXT coating on the inside of the neck is too slick and that contributed to the slime problem. -------------- ----- --- Although I haven't used it for a long time, it works pretty well in my Craftbot 2. It screws in easily and is almost the same height like the standard nozzle, so no adjustment is needed Stop Z. It has a different key size than the standard nozzle. Only time will tell if it really is long lasting as I've only printed 10m of ePA-CF so far. If it's enough for a kilo or more, I think it's worth it. UPDATE: I haven't printed much carbon yet, but I like this nozzle for all materials - it doesn't foul as easily as a standard brass nozzle, especially nice on PETG.
