Does what Home Audio claims
I was using self-powered speakers from my PC's optical output. I wanted better speakers and I had Klipsch. Viola! Now my Klipsch can run through the same optical output. This amp drives them well. Bluetooth from my iPhone also worked great. I would give 5 stars if I could raise the highs more. These speakers (and my old ears) need it!
