The 40.75mm x 5.5mm size is perfect for my laboratory needs and works well with various types of vessel sizes. The magnetic feature is so convenient, it eliminates the need for traditional stirring methods and frees up my hands to focus on other tasks. I deducted one star because I do notice the stir bar can be a bit noisy at times, but overall it is a great addition to my lab equipment. It is durable and easy to clean which is always a plus.
