I had a previous set of TicPod headphones which I really liked but my Pitbull pup thought they would make a good chew toy for him (and yes he has swallowed one). So when the opportunity arose to buy TicPod ANC headphones, I jumped at the opportunity (and the discount offered by the coupon). Aside from the manuals and some stickers, the TicPod ANC box included a charging system (which houses the headphones), a spare set of soft silicone cases (presumably to replace missing ones or if a different size is needed), and a USB-A/USB- Charging cable C. The earbuds came partially charged in the box and I charged them with the cable that came with them. Of course, I have plenty of USB-C cables that I could use as well. The charging case charges quickly and easily. I don't see any information that the case can be charged with Qi (wireless charging). Personally I'm fine with that as I find the Qi charging to be slower and I want the charging case to fully charge to achieve the claimed 20 hour charge time. The headphones connected easily to my Samsung Galaxy Note20. As you can see in the video I posted, the headphones started pairing as soon as I took them off the charging dock (they may have started earlier, but I saw the lights flash when I took them off). Pairing went flawlessly - I just had to say on my phone that I wanted to pair it. I've turned the phone off and restarted, the earbuds have been placed in and out of the charging dock multiple times and they always connect just fine. The sound quality is EXCELLENT! I've listened to classical music where I heard the depth of sound I expect from much more expensive noise canceling headphones. I also listened to some jazz and some more modern music. The sound quality was equally impressive in every music mode. The headphones were comfortable and switching from track to track (back and forth) worked smoothly. You can wear one earbud (and use the other) as the controls are duplicated in both, but I like the quality of the stereo sound that is played back. There's no volume control on the headphones, which some people might need. I find it wiser to control the volume from my phone than trying to increase or decrease the volume without changing tracks (an issue I've had with other headphones). Coincidentally, my phone rang while wearing headphones and was very easy to answer. The sound quality during the call was good, both from my side and from my interlocutor. I didn't wear the earbuds long enough to test battery life, and I didn't wear them when I was sweating to test their water resistance. But I'm sure I won't be disappointed either as my previous TicPods worked as advertised. I will update this review if I learn otherwise. All in all, these headphones are worth their price. Comfortable to wear, excellent sound quality and seemingly reliable. I will be buying another pair soon to give as gifts. I highly recommend them.
