Too flat to fit

This pillow had potential. It has a soft cover and seems to stay cool and the filling is soft. The reviews I read when I bought it (they kinda disappeared and I'm the first one to review) said it came with extra filling to make it full, medium or flat. When I opened the pillow it had instructions saying it was already "overstuffed" and you could remove the padding at will. This pillow cannot be overstuffed. It's average at best. If he had more padding he would have potential. But after waking up with neck pain for 2 nights, everything comes back.
