Great User Feedback Tool For Getting Insights

I like that whatusersdo is easy to get started and allows for self-service without needing an expert engineer or designer to set up the rules, it's also very cheap in comparison to other tools out there. There are so many different ways how one could write their own rule sets but i would definitely recommend starting small first (i.e. 3-5) before trying to expand as they have limited support if you need more advanced features down the line. It does not require any software installation and requires no coding knowledge. You can easily manage multiple sites at once and compare them side by side which gives great insights into where improvements should be made. Also, we're able to see when users become frustrated during our sessions. This helps us understand why people don't complete tasks within certain pages/sections. We've been receiving lots of positive reviews from clients who wish they had this type of functionality before! Using whatusers do has helped us gain insight into problems users face while completing business transactions online - allowing us to make changes accordingly. I like that whatusersdo has many different options for getting feedback. It can be used in so many ways! I don't have any dislikes. I think it's a great tool for getting insights from users about their experiences with a site or app. We can get a lot of value from this type of insight. We are able to figure out where we need to make improvements on our digital products.
