I had the recent opportunity to purchase a home exercise bike.The delivery was fast.The ease of putting it together was amazing. Everything was in place and fit together like a glove.The directions were very simple to read and follow.Which is good for me because I am not mechanically inclined.After relaxing for a few minutes, I decided to give it a try.The seat was very comfortable and the instruction to set the digital monitor was easy.I started off slow and worked my way up to higher speeds and the transition you felt like nothing was there. I was able to adjust the tension so I could feel it more just by reaching down and turning a knob.It was great and easy, and after a 30minutes workout I felt relieved.
