Extremely disappointed. I read all the reviews and knew I wasn't going to get a $300 chair, but I couldn't even assemble it. First, one of the lever screw holes was damaged with a thread, so I had to push the screw in and probably deal with a wobbly lever. but then I try to push it down and it's missing the bolt so I can't even reattach it to the wobbly arm. I immediately requested a refund so now I have to wait for UPS to pick up at an unknown time on an unknown day. I had really high hopes for this chair, but it wasn't to be. On the other hand, it turned out to be quite comfortable, if I could sit in it at all.
