Received 4 days early and very excited. Until we wanted to pick it up. This chair has nothing to support the backrest other than the armrests and the underside of the chair was completely disassembled so we couldn't get the screws in. In addition, it is designed so that the fabric is constantly placed on the hole where the screw enters. Returned item. Although the fabric felt very comfortable. So that's it.

This chair was easy to put together, like most of its kind. It was quite comfortable, although the padding pressed very slightly against the support underneath. The chair looked like a Serta office chair so I decided to buy it. However, upon delivery it was not at all what I expected: 1- the screws do not engage easily (even after lubricating them) 2- unlike regular office chairs, the back of this chair only moves with the base 3- The wheels looked used (not new)! 4- Overall quality was pretty bad, no quality control. Extremely disappointed. I read all the reviews and knew I wasn't going to get a $300 chair, but I couldn't even assemble it. First, one of the lever screw holes was damaged with a thread, so I had to push the screw in and probably deal with a wobbly lever. but then I try to push it down and it's missing the bolt so I can't even reattach it to the wobbly arm. I bought this chair to replace a very old office chair because I work from home and spend hours in front of my computer. I wasn't expecting much for €120, but I was pleasantly surprised.
