Review on 🍴 Covered Oval Roaster: Granite Ware 19-Inch for Perfect Roast by Brandon Battaglia

As the title suggests, this lidded fire pit is MADE IN THE USA, Terra Hot, Indiana to be exact! GraniteWare has clearly lived up to its promise of delivering quality products as when I opened the box I found an extremely durable and heavy roasting pan made as always of porcelain with a steel core. Dimensions are 19" x 13 1/2" x 8 1/2" (with lid) and has a 20 lb capacity. When measured edge to edge (excluding handles) it measures over 17 1″ /2" and 16" inside at longest part of oval. Although my 30 year old Speckled Granite cookware pan was fine. , I donated it when I moved. I regretted that because these broilers seem to cook faster and more evenly than even very expensive brands. It's not designed for use on a glass cooktop but is safe to use with any other heat source. I love the fact that it's dishwasher safe, safe for metal tools and free of harmful chemicals. When I'm not in the... dirt napping and I don't have to give it up due to the natural order of things, I plan to hold on to it forever!
