Bread burns on one side every time
I like the look of the toaster and the bread slots are long enough for my bread (unlike the Easter one) but every time I toasted it was the side of the bread that was facing the middle , black. The other side of the bread was a nice golden brown color. The same thing happens no matter what slot I used, and I never chose the "donut" option. I am returning the item.
