The toaster worked great but one of the four sides turned black after a few weeks. There was no replacement, so Revain returned the money for the purchase. I went with a different brand.

I like the look of the toaster and the bread slots are long enough for my bread (unlike the Easter one) but every time I toasted it was the side of the bread that was facing the middle , black. The other side of the bread was a nice golden brown color. The same thing happens no matter what slot I used, and I never chose the "donut" option. I am returning the item.

The toaster worked fine for a week, then the toast and bagels burned; The dial reset worked for a while, so the toast was fine, but the bagels didn't toast.
