I LOVE these bath salts! I ordered these because I was struggling with muscle pain and joint tension. I have previously had Epsom salts from Dr. Teal, but switched to all NATURAL ingredients. The recovery pack has REALLY reduced my pain as I use it as a warm compress (see instructions on back of pack). I also ordered a lavender wrap and use it for my evening bath (it's very relaxing) and also as a skin scrub. I just mix it with some body wash and it's a good formula! Great price and product lifespan - I am very satisfied and will be a regular customer. Definitely the best bath salts I've ever tried! 11/10 recommend! :)
