The ability to track candidates in real time. It's easy to see what they're doing at any given moment, whether it be their screen activity or application status. I dislike how you have to use a separate app to view candidate profiles. It would be nice if you could just open up your recruiting software directly from the profile page. If you are looking for a way to track applicants and keep tabs on them, this is a good service. It allows me to keep track of my candidates as well as their applications. I like how this program allows me access from any device, including my phone! The ability to customize jobs with pictures of potential candidates really helps when reviewing resumes or applications online versus in person at our office location.- You can only upload pdf's as attachments- Not many filters/search options available (like keyword search)- No "In Person" option if you are not near your computer during business hours.
