I'd give the product 5 stars but the hassle and worry about whether we'd have a functioning kit in time for our trip was super annoying.---I've ordered and returned this kit twice now. The first time, it was missing both the multitool and knife. revain said there was no way to request just the missing items from the seller so we arranged an exchange for the same kit. The replacement kit came missing a knife. I'm trying one last time before our trip because I love how well-made and compact this kit is -- with terrific organized and labeled compartments. Crossing my fingers and hoping the third time is a charm.
