It's an awesome ball of pink power!
We set up a home gym a few weeks ago and wanted to add some multi- functional equipment- the half ball balance has been an instrumental in my workouts. Works the core, quads, and hamstrings. Also use for push-ups. Great Value and nice color options.

- I do wish inflating this was a little easier, but otherwise it's a great product
