They replace each of the five Omron G8HL-H71 relays in the under hood fuse and relay box of a 2007 Honda CR-V. In the Vehicle Repair Manual they are labeled as follows: A/C Compressor Clutch Relay, A/C Condenser Fan Relay, Radiator Fan Relay, ETCS Control Relay, PGM-FI Auxiliary Relay (Fuel Injector, Fuel Pump, etc.). Always test the appropriate relay first if there is a problem with any of these components. The only one of these relays that has ever blown on this vehicle is the A/C compressor clutch relay at least twice. The shop paid about $22 to diagnose and replace the AC clutch relay and installed an unbranded generic relay. I put a label on the AC clutch relay for easy identification as it most likely had to be replaced at some point. The underside of the fuse/relay box cover has confusing symbols for these components, so I had to use an auto repair manual to identify them. To pull the relay you will need pliers. The low price of these relays makes do-it-yourself trial-and-error replacement easy and affordable. They also replace one of the three 12V auxiliary output relays located under the dash behind the speedometer.
