No stars because it's terrible as an eyeliner.
I use Khaki Gray as an eyebrow pencil. 5 stars for that, but the formula is terrible for eyeliner. All Covergirl eyeliners like this make my eyes burn and cry like crazy. Since they ditched the harshness and stuff, the formula has changed and is no longer gentle on sensitive eyes. RIP plum velvet.
