I can't believe how bad these headphones are. I bought these thinking they would be a win-win bet, I've always loved Logitech products in the past (and honestly still love some). I was so excited to finally get some really good headphones and they looked incredibly comfortable. However, as the shine of the new toy faded, I was suddenly overcome with utter disappointment, which then turned to utter anger! These headphones will NOT stay connected. I've tried everything to get IT 101 to fix these damn things. I've tried a hard reset, tried plugging the receiver into different USB jacks, tried a hardwire (comes with the headphones), even tried uninstalling the software and reinstalling it with all the new updates, but alas my efforts were in vain. What's worse is that when I try to get these headphones repaired instead of spending the money outright, I can't seem to get a refund. My next step is to contact Logitech directly and see if there's anything they can do to help. I wouldn't recommend them until something is done about the connectivity issue. I'm not kidding, they turn off every 10 seconds to 3-5 minutes. This happens regardless of whether you're gaming or just listening to music. The worst. Headphones. Is always.
