Don't buy these if you plan on using them on a PC, they're a nightmare. Tried to install 4 drivers (I've absolutely never seen anything like this), one of them won't install. There's no way to tell what it is. It also installs a "mono audio driver" and embeds it into the playback devices, which I'm 99% sure is the mic for the NC function. Obviously Windows doesn't use it that way. This product is not supported. For a corporation as big as Sony, it's totally unforgivable that their support page is so bad in English. (An example is attached to the photos.) There are no drivers for this product. They expect you to use the mobile app. They are clearly intended for smartphones and the occasional Bluetooth compatibility with PC is not really supported. The PC support answers in the Revain Questions section for this product are blatant lies. It is NOT supported for PC at all. Having Bluetooth technology and being able to communicate with a Bluetooth receiver does NOT mean = PC support. Attempting to connect these headphones to a paired device usually goes like this: Press the power button, the headphones will say "Power On". The PC will then shut down and attempt to connect to the headphones if they are set to the default device. They "connect" and Windows says it's playing sound through them, but nothing comes through the headphones. Try to press any key on it. Nothing. Press the power button again. The headphones say "Turn on". WELL? Are you from? Why don't they say "turn off" when they turn off? When I was able to plug them in with them after the war, the sound quality was also tinny and terrible. Phones struggled a lot with high-pitched tones, especially hissing or harsh tones. They sounded very fuzzy and terrible. In addition, their latency is very, very bad. You expect these phones to have at least a 500ms response time, but it can go as high as 1 full second. It's generally impractical if you're using it for something that has user input/feedback at all. The only positive thing I would point out is that NC seems to work decently. I've seen other reviews berating this. I have no experience with NC, so I can't say. But NC works and works but may not be of the same quality as more expensive kits. Either way, for their $200 price tag, these headphones are nothing short of ridiculous. I have already refunded them the money. Don't even give Sony your money.
