Pros

This magnificent prot. After that, the valve doesn't blow off, the mass accelerates, and the flavor is amazing (though I don't choose PROTEIN for its flavor, but rather its high quality).

Cons

Has some pros 1) Efficiency as intended. I am seeing an increase in muscle mass. 2) Price. Very adequate for a well-known brand. 3) Easy to stir 4) Normal taste with water. With its cons. 1) With milk - very sugary and sweet (I have the taste of "cookies with cream")

Has pros: Everything is packed well, all the membranes are in place. Cons: Chemical taste, not drinkable. It lathers like washing powder, no matter if you mix it with water or milk. Unfortunately I had to throw it away.
