Doesn't cut cheese.
This is a versatile tool, you have to be very careful with the blade underneath! Sometimes I hold the handle and it snaps when I push down to remove the silicone and get my hand on the blade. Used once and it's quite dull, if the blade could be replaced it would be much better. Used on a ground silicone joint, the blade is gone and so is the metal part, not sliding over the product like the first pass.
