Reliable and easy
Update: I had an issue with a broken keyboard and the seller fixed the issue quickly, +1 star for excellent customer service! for a while until the joint cracked seven months later. I decided against another hard case for fear of a similar situation and looked for a case with a soft curve and keyboard. This case works great for my needs, with one small issue: the keyboard has to be pushed forward by hand to hold the iPad upright and pushed back again to close it. I don't mind and actually love it now since I remove the keyboard (it's magnetic) and flip the lid when reading on the iPad. It even has a small storage space built in for pen-sized pens.
