Poorly made, not "heavy "
Problem 1) Less than 30 days in use, the twist lock came loose from the metal loop while walking. Luckily I caught the bag before it hit the pavement and avoided possible damage to the laptop! Problem 2) The strap is twisted in the "cushion" causing inconvenience. The term "lining" is a bit of a misnomer as there is actually very little padding. This strap may be fine for light use, but if your briefcase, shoulder bag, holdall, etc. has some weight, you might want to look into a more solid strap.
