Excellent, worth the money!
I tried it on both soft bone meat and hard root meat for a few days after receiving it, the knife is amazing. As mentioned, the knife somehow minimizes wrist strain and provides maximum control when cutting. The handle is plastic so maybe it doesn't look very premium, I wish it had a wooden handle. use.
