This is a bad product. I used to have ankle bandages. It's hard to use and harder to keep in place. The heel loop slips off the heel before you wrap the rest of the Velcro. There is no way to make it tight enough that it won't slip. The return shipping cost is almost the same as what I paid so I'm just giving it away. If I could give zero stars I would.
