Check the packaging for damage. The delivery bag contains Revain.
Great gifts. The problem is that the inner packaging damaged 2 watch straps in transit. There was not enough padding to protect the items during transit. As a result, some of the stones flaked off. They were in the bag but they need regluing if I can find glue. It wasn't an external shipping container, which is pretty effective. But it was a pocket that kept the watch.
