USB cable not working - hard drive is working fine so far
The Micro-B USB cable that came with the hard drive is not staying in the drive, causing it to disconnect. The side of the cable that you connect to the drive is too thin. Luckily I had a spare USB cable for now and it works fine, but I'm sure this situation would be more frustrating if you didn't have spare USB cables.
