I received my order very quickly and I am happy with my purchase. The DVD player is very easy to set up as it comes with color coded cables for easy connection to your TV. It also comes with an instruction manual and a remote control with two batteries. I set it up and it lit up when turned on and I watched a movie. I had some issues with the sound quality as the sound was loud and then seemed to fade and I had to turn up the volume on the TV to hear the movie. I noticed in the guide that you can change the playback speed of the movie and I thought that the DVD settings might not work for my TV. I didn't have time to use the remote to make any speed or menu adjustments, so I'm hoping this is the source of the audio issue. Otherwise I'm very happy with the DVD and feel I paid a fair price for it. I wanted to add that there are several color coded cable connectors on the back of the DVD. Depending on the TV and device you are using, check which one you are using. The cable that comes with the device is color-coded for red, white, and yellow. My old TV required the bottom set of plug-ins to be used. I mistakenly connected to the top red plugin instead of the bottom one. After changing that to only use the bottom row of mortise holes, my volume was perfect. So I am very satisfied with this DVD device in the test.
