Review on HaloPSA by Drew Diaz

Very user friendly application, easy to use, all in one place for multiple clients. The best part would be that it has support both Windows & Mac which makes life easier when dealing with clients who have different devices. There are few minor glitches while using but not really something I dislike about this software. Great product if you're looking for a simple yet effective way of managing your customer's tickets. We were able to improve our ticketing system by providing them better communication from their customers point of view. It also helped us collect important data about our daily operations which was very helpful too.
