Simple and Effective ticket management

Very user friendly application, easy to use, all in one place for multiple clients. The best part would be that it has support both Windows & Mac which makes life easier when dealing with clients who have different devices. There are few minor glitches while using but not really something I dislike about this software. Great product if you're looking for a simple yet effective way of managing your customer's tickets. MyFax has been wonderful - we couldn’t do business without

The best thing about this software is that it provides me with all of my customer information in one place so I don't have to search through different databases or email accounts to find what I'm looking for. Sometimes when there are multiple people using the same computer at once they might not be able to log into their account which makes finding some things difficult. This Software Is Fantastic For Troubleshooting

Easy to use, it's super fast. And it was easy to configure in terms of both configuration and user permissions. I can't say anything bad about this product. Highly recommended! A bit expensive to set up initially but it makes sense later when all you will be doing is managing requests which makes it very worthwhile.
