Love this neck pillow
We love this neck alignment pillow. It works best when laying flat on the floor or floor mat. I suffer from tension headaches and when I first use this, my nerves were screaming in pain. It's as if someone was pulling my neck up. I continue to use it and eventually the pain gradually subsided.
