Review on 🌡️ Noctua NT-H1 3.5g: Pro-Grade Thermal Compound Paste for Optimal Cooling Performance by Craig Walters

I've been using this thermal compound for years on CPUs, GPUs and other ICs. It always allows me to lower the temperature of the components I mount it on by a few degrees Celsius. There are quality thermal compounds that outperform NT-H1, but: 1) Their superior performance is only 1-2C; 2) they are significantly more expensive and 3) they are not easy to use. In the 20 years that I've been building computers, I've used many different pastes - diamond, carbon, ceramic and silver based. NT-H1 is one of the best. In addition to a very good performance, NT-H1 has the ideal consistency for an even application on chip surfaces.
