I have run several times with this headband. I won't say it feels like it's not there at all, but at least it's comfortable enough not to bother me. The touchscreen works well through the plastic (but not the fingerprint sensor, which I wouldn't expect). The speakers are also audible, which is important to me as I use the Runkeeper and want to hear cues for training intervals, pace, etc. I took it out even in light rain with no problems. I don't think I'd want to take my phone into the downpour in this case with the holes needed for the headphone jack and whatnot, but the drizzle didn't hurt.
