Review on ๐Ÿ” YZM Stainless Steel 304 Single Scale Liquid Filled Pressure Gauge: High-Quality Brass Internals for Accurate Pressure & Vacuum Testing, Measuring, and Inspection by Eric Speers

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Excellent quality/value for money but no description available

So I've been buying and using cheap gauges from different suppliers for at least 20 years and have used them consistently on different projects. Now I have used air filled gauges in all my previous projects and each time they lasted an average of about 5 years before leaking in the water and rusting. I need a pair this time to keep an eye on the DIY inline fertilizer injection system and will try these oil filled YZMs to see if they last longer. So far I'm impressed. And yes, as mentioned in other reviews, you will have to assemble the hose connector yourself - be sure to use teflon tape or it will leak. And even with Teflon you still have to tighten them very well. I agree that YZM should really do the job for us considering they charge a few bucks more for this unit than other models that don't come with a hose connector. Don't give them a star for not putting together a hose for me ;-). But as mentioned in several other 3-star reviews, people listing Mr/Marz YZM products need to split that list into two parts: One entry, a "steel colored" device, is filled with oil and matches the text description above. this list. The other "black" block is NOT filled with oil, does NOT match the description above and should be listed separately. And since your rating is terribly tarnished at this point, you'd better discard this list entirely and make 2 brand new ones. Good luck with that and let's see how the YZM marketers are up to speed and reading English!
