The most helpful feature is being able to have it automatically notify me of anything changed in my calendar! Some functions are still not automated, but they will eventually get there I'm sure!! We've been using this for about 2 months now without any issues or bugs reported by our clients/end users so far as well which has always meant something positive towards our service provider's platform overall reliability etcetera.. The ability to access information from anywhere in the world using my smartphone or laptop, I can easily create reports for clients with ease. It is very easy to use and requires no training. If you are looking for an all-in-one solution for reporting then this is it! There isn't anything about this tool we dislike so far. We have been able to improve our productivity by creating more accurate reports within minutes of getting them out there.
