The platform is easy to use, has a great community of users which makes it so much easier for my team to get onboard with new tools. We've been able to take our leads data from one system and have them all in one place (and make it useful). It does not have as many integrations out of the box but there are ways we can connect other systems directly if needed. I also like how customizable the reports are - you really can create your own dashboard however you want. This allows us to keep up-to-date with what's going on internally without having someone constantly asking about those updates. Our goal is to be more efficient and faster when finding qualified contacts. Before using Pursway we had multiple spreadsheets tracking where each lead was at for various stages of followup. Now we see exactly who needs each type of outreach or communication, including their stage of interest. And now they're connected to everyone else involved! The ability to connect with prospects who are already in your database, but not connected to other contacts. This is key for our business. I like how quickly they can pull up contact information from our database. It would be great if there were more ways to personalize my profile. Sometimes it pulls up old data.
