The ease of use, ability to move forward without much hassle at least i felt it was pretty simple! I have used many frameworks but none were as easy or user friendly than this one!! Nothing which can be said about its lackings other then maybe some more documentation could help users out who are new comers easily understand how things work (like what event listeners etc.) This has nothing negative so far just feel like there should always try something different if you dont get any results with anything else :) We're using starlings framework along side adobe flex 3/4(as3) we developed our application mainly by writing actionscript code directly from flash IDE itself not really sure whether anyone will agree here since my team member also uses swfmill toolkit too :). Using multiple threads helped us develop faster applications while giving them proper stability across devices especially Android OS 4+ Androids support multithreading now. !! So yes definitely go ahead.
