I've been using this bag as my main bag for almost three years now. It's very roomy - I can fit a very large wallet, a Nintendo Switch, and a water bottle and still have room. The pockets are a good mix of organization and easy access (I typically use the side pockets for my phone and sunglasses, and the inside pockets for those little things I don't want to lose in my bag). Also, it's the only bag of this (perfect for me) size that is fully convertible between handbag and backpack, which is really useful for both travel (because it can be used as an everyday bag) and everyday use. today's orders (with a regular strap). There is a small issue with the inner pockets - the ones on the front don't have zips so anything I put in falls out which is a bit annoying but not a big deal. The only major problem I encountered. Durability - for three years the faux leather has peeled off in places (I have black), there is a large hole in one of the side pockets, the main zipper is broken, and the zipper on the front compartment was twisted off and had to be replaced. But since the price is so high and I haven't found exactly the right bag even with high-end brands, I think I'll probably just get a second one.
