I don't understand why this product has so many negative reviews unless the users are professionals and have no idea what they are doing. These strips were actually larger than normal strips, no matter how thin they are they still work as intended. In fact, I found them a lot easier to maneuver and there are a lot more strips in the pack than other brands. I will definitely order them again. Judging by other reviews of this product, people kept bragging about using GiGi smooth and easy or something like that. If you are a beautician, you should know that these products are junk, junk and for the everyday consumer. I'm scratching my head here.
