My husband has had golfer's elbow for a number of years. He says the pain is incredibly annoying and his grip has become much weaker. He usually has to hand massage his hand for about 20 minutes to get any noticeable relief, but with this device, he says he felt results in about 5 minutes. He placed his forearm between the rollers and simply moved the device up and down his arm while rotating his wrists. He said that this way he got a full 360 forearm massage with very little effort. You can really feel the "teeth" of each roller hitting the muscles and basically softening them up. This also works well if you suffer from piriformis syndrome as it's easy to massage the outer edge of the calf muscle. Overall I would say this is a good product if you have sore muscles. It feels great and is very easy to use.
