I really like this so far. I really struggle in the winter at times with how quickly we have less sun time outside, and now with a work from home job it has been a bit a bigger struggle since the pandemic for me in the winters like from a mental health perspective. I find that this light has been helpful so far since day light savings. I have kept it on for several hours most weekdays and the light holds up. It has different brightness settings and I try to remember to turn it off when not in the room or not needing it. I love that different shades of brightness and the different hues of yellow. I got this specific brand after a recommendation from two friends who tend to have symptoms of SAD like me in the winter.
