This skirt was a big hit! I wore it for a witch themed halloween shoot and I got so many compliments!I'm 5'3" and bought a size small, I wore it high waisted and it just barely brushed the ground. It twirls really nicely and is genuinely a lot of fun to wear. I hope to use it for more outfits in the future.
