Update firmware.
I only use it to drive a Wheelock TB-593 loud bell in a machine shop on a ring cluster, but it puts out enough power for mechanical bells. The factory still ships them with some of the early firmware, so be sure to follow the instructions on their website and keep them up to date. I found this easy and set up my HT-802 based on the VoIP.ms wiki. I have programmed port 2 for call service/autodial for a Bogen ADP1 intercom that I may be able to install. It's a lot cheaper than a $600 SIP intercom and more reliable and built into my Polycom than a consumer ring or something.
