I have naturally dark brown hair and have been dying my hair blonde every six weeks for the last 4 years. Because of this, my hair is brittle, dry and has split ends. She doesn't get a healthy shine due to the fact that she's dry from coloring. Even after putting loads of product in my hair to soften and moisturize it, my hair will still look frizzy and broken. I received this shampoo and conditioner about two weeks ago and have used them religiously. It was hard on my dry hair at first as I was just massaging it into my head and my hair became very tangled. Then I tried the instructions. First, I lathered the shampoo in my hands, applied it from top to bottom and rubbed it in slowly and lightly. Then I used a shower brush and just brushed through my hair with a shampoo that foamed and spread well. Shampoo all the way down. I leave it on for a few minutes and then wash it off without tossing my hair. I did the same with the conditioner. Apply to scalp, allow to absorb and rinse without damaging hair. In two weeks my hair became smooth and silky for the first time. No crazy broken hair sticking out of my head. I am absolutely in love with this product and how it makes my severely damaged hair look and feel.
